My brain, like the rest of me, is on a go slow. so I don't have a story to go with my TPT card this week except that I thought an elegant outdoor arbour would be a nice extension to the tea-party. There are some pearls and shimmer, but for this to fold without damaging them, the pearls are just Liquid Pearls.
This is also for the TLC challenge this week, to combine at least two old challenges. It surprised me how many techniques hadn't featured - the two I wanted to use, for example (Shaving Cream, Triangle Trifold). So I used the babywipe technique instead of the shaving cream one, and the Tri Shutter instead of the trifold triangle.
Base cut from white Bazzill. Paper is made using the babywipe technique and distress inks - Pine Needles, Faded Jeans, Dusty Concord. The teapot image is also stamped with the same babywipe. Background panels cut to size and stamped with Pretty Petals in Versafine Black. Sentiment stamped over the teapot image for centre panel.
Butterfly stamped three times - once directly on the card and twice on paper. The top wing is sprayed with Glimmer Mist, attached at the body and popped up at the tip. The flowers in the bottom right square used the babywipe again, and the kissing technique, although it's mostly hidden by the stamens. Flower was from Pick a Petal, stamens punched from pearlescent vellum and Liquid Pearl centres added. Sentiment cut with the long oval Nestabilities, popped up and Cuttlebug Vintage corners added in Faded Jeans and Pine Needles.
Techniques - #1 Kissing, #20 Babywipes both for paper and as a stamp pad,#173 Shimmer and Glimmer, #221 Tri Shutter, and I think it might sneak in as #97 A Quiet Card.
And darn it - shaving cream was in the list at #19, but it wasn't in the title so I missed it. I'd even specially bought foam a while back, DH prefers gel.

WOW! This is absolutely beautiful! LOVE the colors. I've never tried the baby wipe (or shaving cream) technique, but this stunning card is just what I needed to get me to take the plunge! LOVE it!!!
